Turn a customer event into a sequence that runs itself — a reminder before a webinar, a follow-up when a lead goes quiet, a reply the moment someone messages. Drag the steps onto a canvas; there is no code to write.
7-day free trial · No credit card required
A visual flow builder that drives WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice, IVR and CRM from one canvas. Steps are scheduled at signed offsets from an event, a journey can wait for the customer to reply, edits stay in draft until you publish, and every run is reported per step.
A sequence before a webinar or an appointment — a week out, a day out, an hour out.
Someone who enrols the day before still gets a coherent sequence, not the leftovers.
Answer a WhatsApp message the moment it lands, and route it to whoever should take it.
A CRM status change starts the follow-up, without anyone remembering to.
Chase a renewal or a payment on a schedule anchored to the date it is due.
Your own systems enrol a contact or fire a flow over the API.
Everything included on every paid plan unless noted.
Build the journey by dragging nodes onto a canvas and joining them. No code, and no ticket to change it later.
Unreachable steps, unconfigured nodes and unknown variables are caught when you publish — not at three in the morning on a failed send.
Your edits sit in draft while the published version keeps serving traffic. Customers already part-way through a journey are not disturbed by a change you are still working on.
Schedule against the event rather than the enrolment: seven days before, one hour before, a day after.
The whole schedule is materialised when someone enrols, and each step whose time has passed follows a policy you set — skip it, send it now, or backfill in order with spacing. Most tools just drop them silently.
Park the journey until the customer responds, with a timeout branch for when they never do.
Success rate per flow, failures broken down by the node that caused them, and the change against the period before.
Who may create, edit, publish or delete a flow, view or cancel a run, and read the reports — set per role.
Start a flow or enrol a contact from your own systems.
WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice, IVR and CRM actions, six trigger types, and the logic nodes that branch between them.
Marketing Automation is quoted against what you actually plan to run — the channels you trigger, the volumes behind them and the systems it has to connect to. Tell us that and you get a firm number, with GST shown before anything is charged.

No, and that is by design — it is the layer that decides what happens and when, not a channel of its own. To send anything you need at least one connected service: a WhatsApp number, an email account, or a voice caller ID. A flow with nothing connected can still be built and validated; it just cannot deliver.
Not yet. Automation drives CloudShope's own channels today — WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice, IVR and CRM. Connectors to outside systems are not available to customers, so please do not plan around one. What you can do now is drive Automation from your side: the REST API starts a flow or enrols a contact from your own systems.
The whole schedule is worked out the moment they enrol, and every step whose time has already passed follows a policy you choose — skip it, send it now, or send the backlog in order with spacing between. Someone who signs up the day before a webinar gets a sequence that still makes sense, rather than silence where the earlier steps should have been.
Yes. Your edits stay in draft and the published version carries on serving everyone in it, until you publish deliberately. Publishing also runs the validation, so an unreachable step or an unconfigured node stops you there rather than failing on a live send.
Outside the 24-hour service window, no — WhatsApp requires the message to use a template Meta has approved, and that approval is Meta's decision rather than ours. Inside the window, after a customer has messaged you, a flow can reply freely. Worth designing your sequences around before you build them.
Not today. A flow is scoped to whoever created it, so you see your own. If a flow needs to outlive one person's account, tell us — it is the limitation people run into first.
No. It is part of the dashboard. You need an active account, at least one connected channel, and the role permissions for what you want to do.
Every service has its own independent 7-day trial with trial credits included. Starting a trial on one service does not use up your trial on another. No card is required.
A one-time charge covering number provisioning, DLT and account setup on the service you buy. It is billed once per service, on your first purchase of it, and appears as a separate line on your GST invoice.
Payments are processed by Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. CloudShope never sees or stores your card details. A GST invoice is issued automatically once payment is confirmed.
No. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout at the applicable rate and split as CGST + SGST or IGST based on your registered state.
Marketing automation is technology that manages marketing processes and multifunctional campaigns, across multiple channels, automatically.
Marketing automation is a tool that helps you to automate certain marketing activities such as email, social media, webinars, etc. It comes in a form of software for which you have to pay a monthly / annual subscription fee.
Marketing automation has the power to increase sales by 14.5%. In fact, you can automate almost everything. You can choreograph everything from capturing a first-time visitor to nurturing leads to speed up the conversion process. That's why marketing automation can deliver 20% more sales.
CRM is more focused on collecting knowledge about existing customer accounts and managing new-customer pipelines while Marketing Automation is more focused on orchestrating one-to-one communication with early-stage prospects and routing new prospects to manage subsequent marketing and sales actions.
Some of the primary B2C industries using marketing automation include the health and pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing industries, and real estate industry. The healthcare industry composes the largest B2C segment, with about 4 percent of all marketing automation sales.
You will likely need to combine data that resides in the marketing automation platform with data from other systems, such as those dedicated to CRM, SEO, content management systems (CMS) and ERP. The goal is to form a holistic picture and drive decision-making. The data should be easily accessible via application program interfaces (APIs) or scheduled exports in common formats.
Right from the time when the prospect first visits the website or interacts with the company, the automation tool starts gathering information about a prospect and provides them all the possible relevant content which helps them to better know the product / service.
You customise the data according to the customer requirement — such as SMS, voice call and email at a scheduled date and time.
Sales and marketing automation go hand-in-hand. Hence, the application will be required by both your teams, the sales and marketing. Dig in deep, do a lot of research, and see if the application you purchased will be useful for both your teams. You should check how many users can be added and how emails are sent out from the tool.
Marketing automation is crazy powerful. Moving forward, we expect to see more and more brands using it, creating more customer journeys, more personalization and just more. It becomes very difficult for marketers to manage that volume of work, so that's where artificial intelligence comes in.
Every service has its own independent trial. No credit card required.
